Our Portland LMT Team
Jessica
Jessica completed the Licensed Massage Therapy program at Oregon School of Massage in 2014, where she had focused her studies in Shiatsu, Reiki, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Upon entering the field, she quickly began working with injury rehabilitation and sports massage. Her background in Eastern modalities and experience in Western modalities give her a well-rounded and unique therapeutic approach to each session. She has a passion for delivering deeply relaxing and grounding bodywork. She offers Swedish, sports massage, deep tissue, and often includes cupping and gua sha in her sessions. When she’s not in the office, she likes to spend her free time hiking, painting, traveling, and playing disc golf.
Ben
Ben graduated from the National Holistic Institute in Ontario, California, where he completed the core Eastern and Western modalities program and an Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy certification. He believes in a holistic approach to health, understanding that true wellness encompasses physical, emotional, and mental well-being. His sessions utilize Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy techniques in combination with other modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, and Cupping to address stress, chronic pain, injury recovery, and muscle dysfunction. In his spare time, Ben enjoys making things in his studio, yoga, biking, hiking, swimming and spending time outdoors.
Irina
Irina is a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in muscle injury and muscle relaxation. She graduated from East West College of Healing Arts at the beginning of 2021 and has been working at Bridgetown Chiropractic since then. Irina uses modalities such as Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, and Myofascial Release. Irina’s goal is to help clients relieve pain and tension, which will help them enjoy their lives to the fullest. Outside of work, Irina enjoys spending time with family and friends. Some of her hobbies are hiking, baking, and playing tennis.
Sophie
Sophie received her 2200 hour medical massage training certification in Toronto, Canada in 1996 from Kikkawa College. Her modalities include deep tissue, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, hydrotherapy, vagus vagal nerve and golgi tendon organ integration. She has studied intuitive arts extensively with Sara Wiseman and the Kumara Academy and teaches meditation classes. She loves horses and everything French, in her spare time you’ll likely find her walking her dog on Mt Tabor.
