Her background in Eastern modalities and experience in Western modalities give her a well-rounded and unique therapeutic approach to each session. She has a passion for delivering deeply relaxing and grounding bodywork. She offers Swedish, sports massage, deep tissue, and often includes cupping and gua sha in her sessions. When she’s not in the office, she likes to spend her free time hiking, painting, traveling, and playing disc golf.

Why Patients Come to Us for Massage Therapy in Portland!

Jessica is a fantastic massage therapist. She specializes in Swedish and deep tissue massage. Dr. Taylor has been helpful beyond just the adjustments. He takes time to explain what's going on and gives helpful exercises to strengthen the affected area. If you prefer more soft tissue and gentle adjustments, Dr. Maddie is going to be perfect for you.

L. Ruter

Doctor Reid was top class! I have had some sports injuries over the years, but recently injured my shoulder and no longer had full range of motion. After telling him about all the areas of concern, he gave me slight adjustments all around, but primarily focused on my shoulder with a deep tissue massage, electroshock therapy and cupping. Not only did he help even out my posture, but I walked out with better range of motion in my shoulder.

R. Oswald

The staff is highly professional, and the chiropractors are very much in tune with what’s going on with you. They incorporate a lot of massage and stretching prior to an adjustment, and I think it makes the adjustment more effective.

J. Peppler

Bridgetown has fantastic massage therapists and a variety to choose from. The Doctors are kind and listen to what you have to say. Many times I’ve called and gotten in to see a Dr the same day. Multiple locations to choose from. The staff is also nice and helpful. It’s a great place to go.
